1. General

By accessing and placing an order with SRIVARI PRINTS, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

2. Custom Printed Products

Because our products are highly customized to your specifications:

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all uploaded designs, spellings, and instructions.
• We will print the designs exactly as provided. We are not responsible for low-resolution files provided by the customer.
• Slight color variations may occur between what you see on your screen and the final printed product due to different color profiles and printing technologies.

3. Payment Terms

We offer various payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) via Razorpay. However, certain products may be restricted to Online Payments only at our discretion. Full payment is required for online orders before processing begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

By uploading a design, you warrant that you have the full legal right to use and reproduce the content. SRIVARI PRINTS holds no liability for copyright infringement claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.
